Refund and Retouch Policy – SessionParis

At SessionParis, client satisfaction is our top priority. Each photo session is a unique experience, and we are committed to delivering professional-quality services, both artistically and technically.

1. Right to a Retouch Request

After receiving your photos, you are entitled to one retouch request included in your package.

• This may include adjustments such as brightness, colors, cropping, or minor corrections (e.g., removal of small imperfections).

• The retouch request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final photos.

• One round of retouches is included at no additional cost. Any further requests may be subject to extra charges depending on the complexity of the edits.

2. Refund Conditions

Since photography is a customized artistic service, we do not provide full refunds once the session has taken place. However, we may offer alternative solutions such as:

• A free rescheduling of the session in case of unforeseen circumstances (illness, major incident, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

• A credit to be used for a future session if the original booking could not be honored by the client under the agreed conditions.

• Partial refunds only in cases where the service cannot be carried out due to our responsibility (e.g., the photographer is unable to attend and no rescheduling is possible).

3. Communication Before and After the Session

To ensure full transparency, all terms relating to refunds, retouching, and service conditions will be clearly explained:

• Before the session: in your booking confirmation email, you will receive all practical and contractual details (location, duration, pricing, cancellation or delay conditions, etc.).

• After the session: you will receive a reminder of your rights (included retouch, delivery deadlines, photo storage conditions), so that you have everything in writing.

4. Quality Commitment
